Anchor Links in received HTML-Mails

Hi Forum!
I am facing the following problem:
If the User receives an E-Mail with anchor links in it (like in many newsletters), these links do not work either in WebApp nor in DeskApp.
So if the html mail contains somthing like
<a href="#anchor">Link</a>
and further down
<h2><a name=“anchor”>Here</a></h2>
then the link should lead to the same document. Instead, if the User klicks the link it opens a new wepapp window.
Any Ideas?
