Reply to e-mail using the format it was sent with

Hi,
i want to send the reply of an e-mail in the format is was send with. So the answer to a html-mail should also be a html-mail. If the default of a new e-mail is set to “Plain Text” (Settings -> Mail -> Compose mail in this format), the answer is not written in html, but in plaintext. How can that be accomplished.
Outlook replies messages by default in the format they are received.Oliver
