Could not save message.

If you receive an email in Webapp, you click reply, type your message, then when ready click send.

And whilst it is sending you go back to Inbox and click the delete button,

The email that was being sent is stopped with a message:

Could not save message (full exception below).

This happens to me regularly perhaps because I like to keep my Inbox tidy therefore delete all the messages I do not need.

good morning, I was wondering if anyone had the chance of having a look at this.

@mcostan Most likely occurs because we want to modify the item, set a reply flag or something.
The item is deleted and not found.

Either sending is so slow or you are really fast.

Indeed both are true: sending is slowish and I am fast to move the item elsewhere.

But technically the item isn’t deleted, I just moved it to another folder…

The error message is rather annoying though.

I wonder if I am the only one experiencing this issue.

We also have this issue from time to time. For us this happens sometimes when sending messages. First I thought there are malformed mailadresses, but unfortunatly that is not the case.

At the moment we are investigating this.

A colleague, reported comparable errors, recently.
He was sending simple text-mails via webapp - no attachments were involved.
I couldn’t reproduce it the day after with my account.
