some users are unhappy to grant all this stuff for configure the activesync account.

Hi Denis,

it’s up to the system administrator to decide which policies should be enforced. There are several configuration possibilities in Z-Push.

In the z-push.conf.php it’s possible to set PROVISIONING to false and this popup won’t appear. Then the user or the administrator won’t have the ability to wipe the data from the device if it gets lost or stolen.

It’s also possible to edit policies.ini and adapt the values to your needs (it requires PROVISIONING to be set to true though).
