WebApp/DeskApp hangs when repyling/forwarding mail with very large body

Hi,
when replying to or forwarding an email with about 510 kByte textual body (no attachments), the WebApp or DeskApp hangs. Immediately after clicking “Replay” or “Forward”, the App hangs. DeskApp starts to consume quite some CPU,
In FireFox, WebApp after some time starts to complain about a script consuming to much time. Stop/Debug/Continue neither lead to any success.
In DeskApp, when we wait very long (> 2 mins), eventually, the mail is opened for replying/forwarding.Is there a known limitation in mail size ?

Thanks. I have been able to repoduce the issue (with replacing the senstive info) - however I found out that the problem only comes up if I first forward the message and then reply to the forwarded mail or try to forward it again.
I also can now see that the forwarded mail is about twice the size of the original.
Not sure how to attach the mail to the forum here, so I’ll send it to the mail address you gave me in “export to zip”-Format. The zip will contain the original and the forwarded mail - the latter creating the issue.

If I see that currently, you have a support subscription. Therefore I would suggest to open a support case and attach the message to this case.

please excuse my ignorance - but how/where do I opena support case ? Do I need to go through our partner, or I can I do that directly somehow ?
