wrong recipient in answer

I tried to answer an email. But when i click answer the is a wrong adress (invalid@invalid) in to field
Does anybody know why this happens and how to solve it?

first some info gathering:
you’ve createt the ticket in WebApp, so i assume this occures there… does this happen in other clients too? (outlook, deskapp or mobile app)?
is the sender address from the mail you want to reply correctly shown?
what does the mail header from this mail shows in <return-path>?
