S/MIME upload certificate failed

Hello Community,

I have a problem to upload a comodo-certificate to kopano-webapp. When I try to upload the certificate nothing happens and in the log-files i see following message:

Failed to open store with entryid , referer: https://xxxxxxxx/webapp/
[Sun Jun 03 12:24:25.817218 2018] [:error] [pid 21121] [client] MAPIException: MAPI error  in /usr/share/kopano-webapp/server/includes/core/class.mapisession.php:543\nStack trace:\n#0 /usr/share/kopano-webapp/server/includes/core/class.mapisession.php(543): mapi_openmsgstore(Resource id #1, '')\n#1 /usr/share/kopano-webapp/server/includes/upload_attachment.php(81): MAPISession->openMessageStore(false)\n#2 /usr/share/kopano-webapp/server/includes/upload_attachment.php(478): UploadAttachment->init(Array)\n#3 /usr/share/kopano-webapp/server/includes/load.php(39): include('/usr/share/kopa...')\n#4 /usr/share/kopano-webapp/index.php(217): include('/usr/share/kopa...')\n#5 {main}, referer: https://xxxxxxxx/webapp/

Any ideas where the fault can be? Thanks for your suggestions.
My system-config:
Kopano Core: 8.5.9
Z-Push: 2.3.8+0-0
Univention 4.3-0 errata89

Hi Ari,

Thanks for the report.
I’ve created ticket: https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KW-2625

Hi marty,

thank you. I hope there will be a solution soon.

greetings Ari

Hi marty,

as I can see there´s a solution now but when will the 3.4.16 Version become stable? It would be important because of the GDPR.

regards Ari

We are working towards a release. If you can’t wait for the fix you should give the master build a try on a test server and if it’s stable enough you can use that.

Ok, thank you for your suggestion. I will try that.

Hi marty,

thank you, the upload works perfect! But now I have the problem that I can not open the attachements from the encrypted mail. The log-file says the following message:

Which version of the s/mime plugin is this?

That’s an old version, latest final is 2.2.0.

Thank you, marty! That was the solution. It was an old version.
