WebApp: 3.4.14.1475-840.1 ask for read confirmation (email) not working

hi,

The read confirmation is not working in kopano WebApp:
3.4.14.1475-840.1. I never get a confirmation off a send email.(also test emails that i send to another account of mine)

Small update. If i open the mail in kopano webapp when i asked for a read confirmation it is working. However when i open the mail in outlook it is not notifying the reader that i asked for a read confirmation.

In kopano webapp:

In outlook it wont ask me to send a read confirmation?
