Folder notifications in Webapp

Hello,

Apologies if this question was asked before and I didn’t find it in any other posts.

I have rules that send emails to a particular folder depending on the rule. I get quite a few during the day in that folder but I read them perhaps once a day or once every two days.

Is there any way to disable Webapp desktop notifications based on a specific folder?

Otherwise every 2 minutes I get a notification about that folder which is rather annoying.

Again apologies if this question was raised and answered before and I didn’t see it.

AFAIK you’re only able to diable notification in setting at all.

I think this is a problem.

My situation is that I get a lot of emails that I have to keep but I do not want to read all the time… Therefore they get into a folder thanks to a rule.

I could live with one of the following:

notifications disabled by folder (or excluded by folder) but not possible as above
In the creation of rules, a rule that marks the message as “read” which means that you then do not get the notifications…
I am sure the latter is in Outlook too…

I would also like to be able to disable notification for a folder.
I have a folder where sometimes mails are coming into every few seconds. And I get ever few seconds a notification.

And even more annoying: If I ignore the notification popup for some minutes and want to click ok to get rid of the popup (because I need to click a button behind it), it hides for 3 seconds and reapears - once for ever mail that has arrived during the time I was ignoring the popup.
