Unable to delete ToDo - You have insufficient privileges to delete items in this folder

Hi!

I have a problem with some ToDos in public folders: They cannot be deleted.

I have owner rights on the folder, but I get:

You have insufficient privileges to delete items in this folder

The ToDos show:
This message was sent with Low/High importance.
Waiting for response from recipient

As the recipient has deleted the task, he cannot answer.

Can you give me a hint on how to delete it?

I guess you mean a task folder in your public folders?
What version(s) are you using?

Yes, its about a public-task-folder.
I am using Kopano Core 8.4.6 and tested the latest Webapp 3.4.12
