      I don’t have z-push installed or outlook in use. The items are created in the local calendar with deskapp.

        @fbartels

        Question, does this build:

        https://download.kopano.io/supported/core:/pre-final/tarballs/core-8.5.90.0_0%2B5-Debian_8.0-amd64.tar.gz

        include the fix or that’s only for now in 8.6 in mainline?

          No, https://stash.kopano.io/projects/KC/repos/kopanocore/commits/8d4379d33cf96187829a5ce29f76afe90b20af63 is not yet included in any binary release. Its also not yet merged back to any other branch.

            Hello,

            I was wondering if the commit is now available in mainline. I keep getting the same problems

              same here, just received a call from an employee. She is getting reminders of a shared mailbox which were 2 months ago. She cannot acknowledge nor delete them. The error message in german is “Outlook kann diese Erinnerung nicht abschalten. Die Erinnerung wird möglicherweise erneut erfolgen. Zugriff verweigert” which means something like “Outlook cannot disable this reminder. The reminder possibly will reoccur. Access denied”.

                that must be something else. the here mentioned fix has long been released (https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KC-1074 mentions 8.5.6 and 8.6.1 as the fix versions), also your error message does not fit to the behaviour in this thread.

                I’d recommend to open a dedicated thread, or (even better) open a support case so one of our support engineers can have a look at your system). This may also help for your gab sorting thing.

                  Hi Felix,

                  this happened to a Outlook2010+ZarafaClient workstation. This employee (Alice) has attached a shared folder of another employee (Bob) into Outlook by using [Zarafa] ribbon and the option <permanently - whole mailbox>.

                  I checked the security permissions on mailbox Bob. The root has security permission “Alice” with template no rights, so only the “list” bit is set. The calendar has the template “Read-only”. These settings were used for years without issues. After testwise changing the calendar permission from “read-only” to “secretary” the issue seems to have solved. As conclusion it looks like the “write” permission is needed after we upgraded to Kopano, that was not the case with Zarafa Server 7.2.4 we migrated from.

                      today just received two further complaints from our employees. They both use Outlook 2013 with Zarafa Client and they have attached a shared mailbox of another user. They get the reminder popups and cannot “acknowledge” them because they get an error message “Access Denied” or something like that.
