Hello colleagues,
since my conversion from Zarafa to Kopano 8.4.90.914 I have the following problem:
Again and again I get - mainly in subfolders - when trying to open an e-mail in the webapp the following error: The message could not be opened
I always use the script: fix-entryids.py
With the following command: $ python fix-entryids.py <storeguid> <hierarchyid>This works so far, but after a few days I have the same problem again.
Is there a way to run the script over the entire hierarchy, or another solution to this problem.

have not checked version, but if you are having the problem that is fixed by the script you mentioned, then you should also upgrade to a build that contains the fix for the actual problem (the script just repairs messages affected by the problem).
