      Hi,

      I’m confused about the rules dialog on two different systems:
      one system has the option to create/change rules for different users, the other one doesn’t.

      I couldn’t find any config setting for this behaviour.

      Thanks in advanced for any hints how to fix this.

        Hi @onex-de,

        There is a setting called “Enable shared rules” https://documentation.kopano.io/webapp_admin_manual/config.html#enable-shared-rules

        Which is probably enabled on one system, and not on the other.

        I also made a small improvement, for when only one user exists in the list:

          If the user does not have rights to other mailboxes then this function is not showed
