Duplicate mail when move to another folder

Hello,

We are runing the latest version (Z-push: 2.3.8 + Kopano Core 8.4.5 on Debian 9)
When a user move a mail to a folder , the mail is copied 2 times.
We have this pb with Outlook , not whith the deskapp

which KOE version are you testing? Which Outlook version? Is the move to a folder in the same store or into a shared/public folder?
What exactly do you mean by “the mail is copied 2 times”? The moved email is twice in the target folder? The email stays in the originating folder and is also in the target folder?
Could you provide the Z-Push WBXML log and also KOE log?

Hi Manfred,

I use KOE 1.5.240, the problem appear on Outlook 2013 (I don’t have outlook 2016).
Problem appear on same store (for example I move mail to another subfolder) in this subfolder mail appear 2 times.
I provide you log when it’s possible.

I have multiple Log because I have new problem…
When I move mail to another folder in the same store on Outlook, I Have duplicate mail and he don’t appear on webmail

I have generated log when I move mail (link retracted)

I have push receive/send button and Kopano plugin display up to date (Outlook same)
