webapp creates blank X-Original-To: header

Webapp 3.4.0.935-0+594.1 creates a X-Original-To: header that is blank. This really breaks the recipient end where fetchmail is involved using this header.

Removing line 835 of server/includes/core/class.properties.php fixes this.

I’ve removed this code since it doesn’t do anything in a cleanup PR which hopefully will be merged in the next release.
