    Cannot delete item in the outbox

      One of our customers is running the latest supported Kopano / Z-Push edition and I can also expierience issues like that. Postfix is limited to 30MB but a user accidently tried to send a 80MB file which is now stuck in the Outbox and is not deletable.

      Do I have to remove the complete OST file or is there any other way to get rid of such a message ? (this message is in Outbox since last friday morning, so waiting does not solve the issue. Closing Outlook neither.)

        Hi @petervbeck ,

        i have given your question a topic of its own.

        In the past it was no problem deleting such mails manually. can you try to disable koe and then retry to delete the mail?
