      Hello,

I have import a mail from a pst file with the tool kopano-migration-pst.
The import works but the mail is displayed in webapp (inbox) as draft.
Instead of having a reply button webapp displayed a send button.

In Outlook (Active Sync) the mail is displayed correclty as recieved mail.

      Regards
      schmidt

          Hi Felix,

I can provide the pst file. I have tested several mails, but webapp displayed the mail always as draft.
I think it is a general problem.

          Regards…

            Hi all,

I have the same problem with kopano core 8.2. All mails in the folder “Posteingang”, which I importet from a PST Filer with kopano-migration-pst where displayed as not sent yet.

Is there any solution to solve this problem?

              Hello @kios_gmbh ,

as far as i know we never received a pst to reproduce this issue with. it is of course always worth to update to the latest available version and try again. if this then still happens please either open a support case, or if you dont have a subscription send the pst to feedback at kopano dot io.

ps: do you really mean “not sent” or perhaps “not read”?

              Regards Felix

                Hello @fbartels ,

                thank you for your reply.

Yes, they seems to be not sent, because when I open this E-Mail in Outlook 2007 it shows a “sent” button and I can edit the text in the E-Mail body.
In Kopano Webapp and Desk App I have the same problem.

When I open the pst file directly in Outlook 2007 everything is as it should be.

So something goes wrong during the important process.
