      So I have setup our system so that Everyone is hidden from the Address book.
      I know I can see and send messages to Everyone because I’m an Admin. I also know that normal users can’t see Everyone, but can they send as Everyone anyway?
      Also is it possible to enable a small group of people other than Admins to see and send email to Everyone? For example, Personnel might want to send a company-wide email but we don’t want them to have Admin rights to the system and we definitely don’t want them bugging me every time they want to send an email to all users.

        Hi @robertwbrandt ,

        in that case I would recommend to create a custom group, which resolves to all your users. this could then be restricted from the MTA site who actually is allowed to send to it.
