      Found it by myself. Jodit was not active in my personal install script out of my local repository.
      A simple apt-get install kopano-webapp-plugin-htmleditor-jodit fixed it.

        Dear all,
        I do have a supported version of Kopano. However I do not see the Debian Package under https://download.kopano.io/supported/webapp%3A/final/Debian_10/all/.

        So, where do I have to search?

            Good morning @drauer ,
            yesterday I upgraded to WebApp 5.3.0.0-1+172.1, Kopano-Core 8.7.25 and installed as well the jodit-Editor package.
            However, I still do not have the possibility to activatre the jodit plugin nor to select the editor in the WebApp settings.

            I’m on Debian 10.
            thanks for support

                      I’ve contacted the Support. Very thanks to kopano for the help, it works now on UCS.

                      Can you change in file
                      /usr/share/kopano-webapp/plugins/htmleditor-jodit/manifest.xml

                      the plugin version is set to 2? Hence:

                      <?xml version="1.0"?>
                      <!DOCTYPE plugin SYSTEM "manifest.dtd">
                      <plugin version="2">

                      If that isn’t the case, please set it and check if you can select the Jodit editor after a relogging to the WebApp account. This works here perfectly.

                        I changed this version number, yesterday and afterwards I was able to activate the JODIT, but this editor is as buggy as the TinyMCE was.
                        Fewer options, but same issues. :(
                        I thought this mix up of different fonts wound be fixed now, but unfortunately it’s not.

                        Just wrote one mail with the new editor and have arial and times mixed up in different sizes.

                        It really is extremely embarrassing to send mails with it, because the recipients must think you are an absolute idiot.

                            Thank you @boospy .
                            did the change from 3 -> 2. Now Jodit is possible.

                              @boospy did you copy some text from external sources and mixed it in your written mail?
                              I did and when I viewed the sent mail from my sent folder, I nearly got a heart attack. 😤
