New problem with webapp and attachments

Hi Guys,
today we see a strange behavior in deskapp and webapp. Both related in Clients in Apple Universe.
We recieved an mail with an an attachmend of 11,3 MB. That is not visible in deskapp or webapp for the original reciepient. But:
The attachmend ist seen in all iOS Clients of the user and also in the Standart BCC Kopie to a “BackUp-USER” we use for regular mail archiving.Even when we send a complete mail from the “BackUp-USER” to the original reciepient (included the attachment) the attachment is not visible.
This behavior appears after an prior e-mail to this user has an “Virus-Alert” in an attachment.
any tips?

So if you use WebApp/DeskApp on Windows or Linux the attachment will be show?
What kind of file is the attachment?
I would recommend to open a ticket with the Kopano support and supplying them with a copy of said mail so that the issue can be reproduced.

@zara-kopa I’ve got the same problem today on Windows Firefox and chrome with webapp. When I download email and open in thunderbird attachment is present.
Attachment is small xlsx file 21 kb
