Webapp shows blank message

Hello,
since some days Webapp shows only blank messages (the body is missing), e.g.
Replying to the message will show the whole body, so the content is available but webapp doesn’t present it.
I’ve upgraded to the latest versions (webapp 6.0.0 and core 11.0.1.98), but it doesn’t change anything.
The system is a Debian 9 with PHP 7.Any hints?

Same here. Upgraded to latest community version from v8 and still see the same problem.
Firefox 78.9.0esr on Debian 10 x64 behaves as above.
Opera 75.0.3969.171 on Debian 10 x64 behaves as above.
Chromium 89.0.4389.114 on Debian 10 x64 works fine.No obvious errors in the logs.

Another machine here has Firefox 78.3.0esr and that continues to work properly. I suspect that one of the background updates broke Firefox. After completely removing it and all accoutrements, then reinstalling 78.9.0esr, and configuring plugins it works again.
Opera is still broken, but that’s unimportant in my case.

Opera 75.0.3969.171 on Win10 behaves like this too, but displays message content properly after disabling built-in ad- and trackers-block.
My firefox 64-bit 87.0 on Win10 works ok, but the same browser didn’t work for a colleague who’s got an ad-blocker enabled. -
Hi everyone.
A customer of us, has this problem too. But with Webapp 4.7.0 and only with his Google Chrome Browser. I tried it myself on my computer, but didn’t had any problems.
So for me it sound like a browser caching problem and i told him to clear his browser cache. At the moment i am waiting for his reply, if it fixed his issue.Have you guys tried to clear the cache?

Cache clearing had no obvious effect here with any browser.
You can do a go/no-go test with a fresh install of Opera on Debian 10. Toggling the inbuilt “Block ads” then quitting and reloading Opera is enough to break webapp.
Old Edge in Windows 10 fares even worse. Default install won’t display the list of emails let alone a body.

That’s strange. I can not reproduce the issue.
Just for reference, the problem occurred with webapp 5.0.0.145+1967, then I upgraded it to 6.0.0.8+1995.1 but the blank messages were still present. I accessed Webapp with Firefox 87.0 with Adblock Plus enabled.
And now it’s the same browser, and the same version and the messages are readable, again.
