random "Could not save message" error

Some of our users are randomly getting a popup in Kopano WebApp that says “Could not save message” when they click the send button. I believe it only happens to emails that have an attachment. In this case, the attachment was a .JPG screenshot approx. 4MB in size. After closing the error, it will continue to pop up every time the user tries to send the message. If the user closes the message, they will find an unsent copy in their Outbox. Opening that copy and pressing send seems to work.This is on WebApp 4.7.0.0+157.1 and Kopano Core 8.7.19.
Attachments are using the S3 backend option. Any ideas of what could be going on?
