… we now have mirgated about 35 users ot a Kopano/z-push setup with KOE. We observer that sometimes KOE gets deactivate (although it is listed as “always activated” in the Outlook addin thing). Usually after a restart of the PC (!) it works again.
They are using version 1.3 . Is that something that others observe also? How can we diagnose this?

        Hi isol,

Outlook deactivates the add-ins if it thinks they’re too slow (whatever that means) even if the add-in is in the always activated list.

What seems to work though is to run regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Kopano and change the value of LoadBehavior to 3.

Ah, on the systems where the “Addins\Kopano” Folder is present, the value for LoadBehavior is already 3 and still the addin gets deactivated. On some other systems we do not have any problems and on some systems there is no “Addins\Kopano” path in the Outlook branch of the registry?!?
