      Hello,

      When a user leaves the company, we disable his AD account, and delete it after a while.
      We wanted to clean the address book removing them from it. We though it was simple and required to check the box “hide from address book” in the Kopano tab from the AD account of the user, but it does not work at all.
      Any advice on it?

        Are you by any chance checking this with a Kopano admin account.
        A kopano admin ignores that flag and always sees all the contacts.

          Thanks for your reply.
          This topic can be closed, it took about 4 hours to be OK! I made a new check and now i can’t find the users anymore.
