Tumbleweed Webapp Nightlybuild old

Hi,
I just wanted to upgrade my WebApp in Tumbleweed to the Nightlybuild Version.
But the nightlybuilds for Tumbleweed are old:
In the archive webapp-4.6.0.152B1869.1e186d4-openSUSE_Tumbleweed-noarch.tar.gz, is kopano-webapp-3.5.1.2067-1139.1.noarch.rpm
Is this by design?
Of course, there is the SLES Version, but then why have an Tumbleweed Version in the first place? -
Tumbleweed has been disabled for a while, but apparently the server has not been cleaned up.

Thank you for clarification.
It was just jo strange, that there are nightly build packages with the actual release number on it, but old packages inside :-) -
