User can not change detail of contact in popup box

Hi,

I’m epxeriencing with 1 user which is not able to change information of contact with the popupbox in Webapp (4.2) and also in 4.3
When you change it in the line, it working
Other users no problems

Currently runing the following version
WebApp: 4.3.2950-139.1
Kopano Core: 8.7.16
Z-Push: 2.5.2+0

How can i check this or change permissions ?

The stange part is that it is only with the phonenumbers boxes.
The others just work.

Same problem occurs in Deskapp

So what happens when you click OK?

Is the contact imported?
