We recently migrated from zarafa to kopano, works well on the web client but not outlook.
All OL clients have latest zpush kopanoi connector as well
      error message

on 22.04.2020 at 11:43:48 you’ve tried to save a data in the folder ‘Company Calendar - SYSTEM’ on your device ‘WindowsOutlook’ ID: ‘efee086f036f44049196bbcf60a474c1’.

This operation was not successful, as you lack write access to this folder.
Your data has been dropped and replaced with the original data on your device to ensure data integrity.

while it works in the webmail client, and this callendat got a verry typical perm config (users can add create and delete their own, and view all.

        Hi @Handyman,

Z-Push and KOE are not able to handle item-based permissions. Either the user has a complete write permissions for a folder or he doesn’t. More information regarding shared folders is available in Z-Push wiki: https://wiki.z-hub.io/display/ZP/Sharing+folders+and+Read-only.

We recreated permission structure (starting of the root) through kopano webapp, not only for the calender involved but also parent folders, this essentially solved it. (the perrmissions where the same, but a rewite seamed required), maybe left over as side effect of importing zarafa SQL dump.
