Cancel appointment / invitation: no comments are send

Hello,
we send a lot of meeting request cancellations at the moment. If you cancel an appointment a window is opening with the possibility to edit the cancellation / send a comment.
But the comment never reaches the other attendees.

@sturzhelmut Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this issue. You might need to double check the repro steps.
