        Hi @ckruijntjens,

do you have KOE installed? Is the KOE_CAPABILITY_NOTES set to true in z-push.conf.php? What is the output of

        z-push-admin -a list -u user -d deviceid

where deviceid is that of Outlook?

        Manfred

            Hi @ckruijntjens,

does the user really have 13 Notes folders? Is it also the same in Webapp? Did you try to sync notes in Outlook before installing KOE?

            Manfred

My question was if there really are 13 Notes folders? Not the notes. Did you create additional Notes type folders? Are you using the default ActiveSync app on the iPhone or some third party solution? Or what are you using for notes sync on the iPhone?
