      Hi all,

I have the issue then when i am browsing folders inside webapp this goes verry slow. sometimes delays of 15 seconds before mail is seen inside the folders. The system itself is not using mutch resources. Where can i look to see what the problem could be?

      WebApp:
      4.0.2576+1507.1
      Kopano Core:
      9.0.2

Mail is seen or the mail is previewed? Could you be more specific?

No. When you click on a folder and just showing the list of emails. When clicking on a other folder it takes 15 second sometimes longer to list all emails.

@ckruijntjens in general that would mean your Kopano server, MySQL server and/or LDAP desperately need tuning.

hmm seems not te resolv the issue. the mariadb server is running on the same machine. How can i debug this any further. The times when the connection takes longen (lockups is shall call them) i see in the server log

SQL [00000092] info: Try to reconnect

                  also in mariadb log

2020-01-06 5:34:37 13 [Warning] Aborted connection 13 to db: ‘kopano’ user: ‘root’ host: ‘localhost’ (Got timeout reading communication packets)

lots of these errors / warnings

@ckruijntjens I would not really call this debugging as there still seem to be performance problems. Could even be hardware related.

Tuning is very situation / usage / environment specific and this goes beyond the scope of the forum. If you have a subscription I recommend that you get in contact with our support - it will probably require a professional services project to help you find the optimal parameters for your setup.
