      Good afternoon,

Is there any way to selectively have an out of office reply say for an email address coming as “name@emailaddress.com” and not for anyone else?

What would be an easy way to achieve this?

thanks. Perhaps the solution here would be to add to the existing out of office functionality a set of rules…

But clearly how this fits in the many Kopano priorities I suppose it is the bottom of all possible list.

Actually a (very) crude solution may work at least for me as my personal server doesn’t run many users at all.

            a) you receive email from person xx@yy.com delivered to kopano username “one”.

            b) you setup in “one” mailbox a rule that forwards the email messages from “one” to the kopano user “two” for that particular email address xx@yy.com (or others that you may want to filter).

            c) in the mailbox of the kopano user “two” you set a permanent out of office which returns whichever message you want…

Not pretty, but at least for my own uses, it will work.

Actually I take that back… The out of office is received by the “one” kopano email address, not the original external sender.

              So my “trick” didn’t work.
