Settings calendar resolution

Is it possible to globally set the default calendar resolution for all users in Webapp to 15 Minutes?

do I have to use the tool with a particular version of Webapp?
On the page you sent I see “Always make a backup of the user settings and test the new settings afterwards”, how can I backup user settings?

@KaBi The option is added to the tool.
Dependencies can be found in the readme.

Backup can be made with various tools, including this one.
You can also use a test user first.
