Can't import certificate (smime) in Webapp (Certificate email address doesn't match WebApp account)

Hello,
i can’t import the certificate. The message “Certificate email address doesn’t match WebApp account” is strange, because the WebApp account match the certificates name. It works also on KDE’s Kontact. The certificat is buyed @Global Sign. And on other customers this is working normaly on Kopano’s Webapp.

We use the version from UCS 4.4.1. (Kopano 8.7.1.0)

What can be the problem here?
