Simple question. is whatsapp4desktop only for kopano deskapp? Is there a plugin for whatsapp that works with kopano webapp?

Yes, whatsapp4deskapp is only available for DeskApp. A plugin for WebApp is not available.

You can get it from the repositories or in the community download packages.
