      Hi,
i have one user, where Outlook 2013 64bit can’t finish it’s starting. The start window of Outlook just tells me “Loading Kopano Outlook Extension”. The logfile in the users %temp% is completely empty.
On the server, i see the following in the z-push logfile:

29/07/2019 14:08:19 [27905] [WARN] [username] KopanoBackend->GetKoeGabBackendFolderId() Found 0 entries in the store 'SYSTEM' matching the name 'Z-Push-KOE-GAB'.

Sometimes Outlook loaded, everything is fine. But today there is no chance to get outllook startet with the KOE extension.

      My Versions:
      Kopano-Server: 8.7.3
      Z-Push: 2.4.5
      KOE 2.0-340

      regards
      Andre

        Hi Andre,

are there any errors regarding Outlook in Windows Event Log?

Does Outlook load normally if you disable KOE?

          Hi Manfred,
When i disable the Kopano Extension, Outlook starts normaly.
The Windows Error-Log says nothing special. Only that Outlook has disabled KOE for loading zo long. I reenabled it and forced it to load now.
Still takes extreme long to startup Outlook - around 20 Minutes.
Any idea? Anything i can do about the error message in the server log?
          Regards
          Andre

            Hi Andre,

are you using GAB with Outlook? Is GAB synced to a public store with name ‘Z-Push-KOE-GAB’? If you are not using it, you might as well disable GAB sync feature.

            Manfred
