      Hello all,

we are using Kopano 8.7.1.0 with UCS 4.4. We noticed that after import a PST from Exchange, the subfolders from the inbox are not in alphabetical order. If we rename a folder, it jumps around, and if we renamed it back, it jumps back to the first place. Strange. But every new folder that we created are in alphabetical order. Is such behavior known?

      Best Regards

In Outlook, it will appear in the correct order.

My guess is a folder sort property is set which is incorrectly handled by WebApp, but I’ve changed the order of a folder in Outlook, make an export to pst, then imported with migration-pst. Folder did not change order, nor had a sort property.

What are the exact steps you take?
