MDM Plugin not adding shared folders

Hi @all,
i have some trouble with the mdm plugin. If i activate a shared folder in the mdm plugin list at any device and click the apply button nothing happens. The folder is not added to the device, nor to the z-push list, nor to the mdm plugin list.
If i try the same with the “z-push-admin” script, the folder is added, but not synchronised, the following message appears: Inactive (not yet synchronized or no permissions)
Any hints, how to debug? Which logs do you need?
Any help is appreciated.

did you check the mobile device if the folder appears there?
What mobile device is it?
What type of folder is it (email, calendar, contacts)?
Did you check z-push.log if the folder was synced to the mobile device?
Are there items in this folder which are in the sync period configured?Manfred

i checked two devices. no folder appears there.

one pixel 3 and one pixel c

i tried it with email, calendar and contacts over the mdm plugin.
with z-push-admin i tried only emailDid you check z-push.log if the folder was synced to the mobile device?
in the z-push.log nothing appears (like the mdm plugin is doing nothing and not calling the z-push api)
Are there items in this folder which are in the sync period configured?
there are some mails in the email folder (regardless which one i choose)

Did you configure the MDM plugin? Did you check apache logs if there are requests coming from the plugin? Also it might be better to post the issues regarding the MDM plugin here: https://forum.kopano.io/category/21/plugins-for-kopano-webapp.
The folder also doesn’t appear on the mobile if you add it with z-push-admin, is this correct? Are there entries in z-push.log that the device tries to sync the folder? Does the mobile user has the necessary permissions to access the folder?

Yes i configured it. It worked a few weeks ago, unfortunatly i am not sure, when it stopped to work, maybe at a update…
sometimes the mdm plugin is adding a few folders and if i try to add one more, it isn’t working any more.
Did you check apache logs if there are requests coming from the plugin?
i think there is one (this is the only one appearing, while i add a new folder):

yes, the user has access to all folders.

Hi ansib,
I’m not very familiar with the MDM plugin. One thing to look at, would be to check the Developer Tools console for error messages and also webserver’s logs.

i found one interesting point. if i only open the “Inbox” of a shared folder , i am able to add it to an mobile device. if a open the “Entire Inbox” and add it to a mobile device it won’t work.
