Sort task by finish state does not work

Sorting task by finished does not work. I would expect if I set an order it would see finished or unfinished tasks first. Depending on sort order. But the state is still mixed. Did not figure out what it was sorting by.
This would help filtering out what is done. Especially when watching the To-Do-List where I can see my mails connected to tasks.

A search for tasks where the finish state is part of the criteria would also help.
