      Hey there,

      if I want to open a store from a family member with their login data, I’m not able to open the store and apache2 give me a lot of these errors:

      This error don’t occurs if I open the store in my store. He is also able to open the store over z-push.

      I use following versions:

      Kopano: 8.7.80.587.10057ac52-0+100.1
      Webapp: 3.5.3.2161+1200.1
      Z-Push: 2.4.6.beta0+0-0
      Php: 7.0.33-0+deb9u1

      Does anyone can help mit with this?

        hm, i’ve just posted something simular… in the “webapp” forum…

        Try to reset the password.

        kopano-admin -u username -P
        and type the pass…

        Does that help?
        when what was you log level and where did you see these messages.
        I could not find any…

          Hey thctlo,

          I tried this with the password, but it doesn’t work.

          Regarding logging, you’ve to check your apache2/php config.

          At apache2 you’ve to check for the line for an error log in virtual host config.

          Your active page is normally under:
          /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/

          You also need to check php.ini under /etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini that error logging is enabled.

          If you still don’t see any logs, check your webapp config under:
          /etc/kopano/webapp/config.php

          I hope this helps. But my initial case is still open. :(

            I just wondered where got the error in the logs. thanks for that.
            I got mine working again.

            For you, check with dpkg -l | egrep "kopano|mapi|webapp"
            if all packages within the latest version, are you using community packages?

            Then you might have missed a package that needs updating and for that i have.

            My script gets it all for you.

              Your script is great. Wow. But all versions are up to date. It doesn’t fix my issue.

                Can you check if these are installed…
                php7-mapi python3-kopano python3-mapi php7.0-soap
                And what are the details of the user showing, kopano-admin --details user
