Impersonation with KOE not working

Hello everybody,
I‘m new to Kopano anc currently im trying out everything. I installed it on Ubuntu 18 and everything works fine so far - It‘s a great Groupware solution 🙂
But there‘s one issue with Z-Push active sync and the Kopano Outlook Extension.
In the wiki Kopano describes the feature of Impersonating which shoule be available with Z-Push 2.4 and KOE 2. This feature doesn‘t seem to work in my case.
User B shared his whole Account to User A. But if i open the Folder sharing window in Outlook and enter User B, there‘s no checkbox in front of the User B Account as described in the wiki - I‘m obly able to check certain subfolders.
I already checked the z-push/config.php and ghe impersonation is enabled. I also checked the Debug Window of KOE and it also writes inpersonation true.
Are you facing the same problems? Dou you habe any idea how to solve this?

this feature only works once the gab has been fully synced to the client (since we need it to resolve the email of the user). Can you check if your gab has synced?
