      Hello,
Microsoft removed EAS from Outlook. So only, if you upgrade from an older version, the existing users with ActiveSync can be migrated.
Is there another way to have full Outlook support?

        Hi @BennieWoef ,

that has not been my observation so far. In my tests (with Office 365, but the layout ui of Outlook suggested it was Outlook 2019) there has been an option to configure an activesync account (with koe installed).

        Regards Felix

For configuring ActiveSync Accounts you now have to go throught the control panel.
The new Account Assistant launched by Outlook just allows you to auto configure Accounts.
Going through the control panel and “Mail” you are able to set up active sync by hand.
