      Hi Kopano Forum!

I am not sure if this questions belongs in the WebApp Forum or to Kopano Core:

Is it possible to add a signature to all messages that are send out with the sender address of a non-active account?

We have a new and up to date Kopano + UCS System with WebApp. We have set up an non-active account (lets say info@example.com) and gave some users the right to “send-as”.

We want that all out going mails with the Sender address carry a given Signature.

Does someone see a way to accomplish that?

      Thanks for any help.

      Gerd

Its the client that adds the signature, therefore its more a topic for webapp. I have moved your question.

@gerd adding a signature based on the account can’t be done based on the send-as address, unless you manually select the signature when sending the message.

One alternative might be to add an additional message to all outgoing messages with a spooler plugin (e.g. like a disclaimer), but this does not sound like what you are looking for…

          Regards, Bob
