          Hi,
the logfile is the same for WBXML logging. /var/log/z-push/z-push.log

I think you have to restart apache after changing the z-push-config.

              Hi Thomas,

I’m not able to tell you which lines to look at without looking into to log. Therefore you’d need to post it here or somewhere and send me the link.

If you want to debug it yourself, then look for MoveItems request of the Outlook user and check if multiple items are being moved. Search for the not moved email’s subject, so that you can find out the item’s ServerEntryId. Then you search for the occurrences of the ServerEntryId in the log and so on.

              Manfred

                  Hi Thomas,

in outlook log there’s only one MoveItems request with more than one item to move at 09:39:52. According to log all items were moved correctly. Is this not the case? Was there any other time between 9:30 and 11:00 when you moved multiple items?

                  Manfred

No, the log is complete. I tried only once a time to move multiple items, and only the first was moved. few minutes later i looked in my android, and moved the remaining mails

                      Hi Thomas,

in the account settings on the mobile device there’s an option which folders to sync. Did you enable sync for all folders?

                      Manfred

on the mobile, sync is active only for “Posteingang”, “Gesendete Nachrichten”, “Entwürfe” etc, no subfolders

don’t know the exact time, but yes, i moved items from main folder to a sub folder. problem occurs only at moving, deleting multiple mails from junk is working

                              Hi Thomas,

do you remember which mails you moved? Did you receive them between 9:30 and 11? It would be helpful if I’d know where in the log to look for because there aren’t any errors for moves. It might just be that Outlook simply sends the move request for one email instead of multiple.

                              Manfred

I will look with fresh mails, and make a new log. i take some screeshots… but my time is limited, perhaps at weekend. we have time enough, the problem occurs for about several months (i don’t know it, i think since my fresh server installation in spring 2017)
