I tried your suggestion but without success.
I could fix the problem now with a new store. Have made a backup to pst, removed the store, create a new store and restored the backup from pst.
Then i created a new outlook profile, because outlook still shows the old store. It’s a online connection, looks like outlook cached it.
Now the user is happy again ;-)
I just discovered that my webaccess just stopped working.

yes, I know that we should move on to kopano. But at the moment we need to setup a few Windows 10 clients quickly. The 7.1 client is not supported on Windows 10. Time is short and I cannot migrate to kopano at the moment. I’ve planned this for end of summer. So please provide us a download-link for the ZCP 7.2 files. This would be very helpful for us.

I just have an issue with the csv file when I want to export PST file. In the documentation, I have to provide destination-user and filename, in which format have I to give destination-user? Name, SAMAccountName? … ?

I’ve searched jira.kopano.io but was unable to find a similar issue. Can you provide some elevated logging from around the time the meeting request is created and sent?
Please be aware that there won’t be any updated packages for Zarafa anymore, so if Kopano would create a patch, this will only be included in future Kopano builds.
