Yes that is what I thought and also concluded. I already installed python2-mapi to make dagent work. It’s working fine now.

Nevertheless the dependencies are invalid in this case.
(python2-mapi | python3-mapi) should not be specified in the debian package control. This suggests python3-mapi would be enough for dagent what is apparently untrue.

From what I know both owncloud and nextcloud work. I prefer owncloud but it’s a matter of personal preference.

about the ldap, messgae, i think we can ignore it, i believe this happens due to a timeout, i’ve seen this since zarafa 7.2.
everything works fine with ldap.

I’ve just deployed a CentOS 7 test environment with 8.6.80.713-76.1 and don’t see such an error in the dagent.

I have installed https://github.com/bosim/zarafa-webaccess, and it works well, but I can not change the language, allways english is coming up.

Thank you both. I will try to familiarize myself with the “How to contribute to Kopano Core” this weekend. Especially the idea of creating pull requests using github sounds nice. I’m really an amateur at this, but I’ve done this once at another project so I might be able to pull this off again :-)

The error is there for a reason - AFAICT your config file specifically asked for coredumps by way of “enable_coredumps = yes”. If you do not want them, drop the line from the cfg.
