Can someone help me with the SQL DB restore in Docker?
My attempts have been unsuccessful so far.

If

univention-app shell mattermost mysqldump --user=******** --password=********--databases mattermost > mattermost.sql

creates a backup, would

univention-app shell mattermost mysql --user=******** --password=******** mattermost < mattermost.sql

have to restore the DB?

In addition, I still have the message ‘AD/LDAP is not available on this server’ for some users.

Is this a known problem?

If you have something time critical I would recommend to open a support case instead.

This option is only available if you have a Mattermost license file uploaded on the server.
