      Hi,

after importing loads of PSTs for my users following problem arises :

when my users open a mail (by double clicking it) from those PST’s, mails that were sent long time ago, show a SEND button on opening. As soon as they click that button, the mail is sent again en vanishes from the ‘pst’ locaiton.

I know they should actually use the FORWARD function but is there a way to force the ‘mail sent’ flag on import, so that this cannot happen. Is there a way to recursively set this flag on the entire PST location to restrict my users doing this again.

        Hello @tbone ,

        please always include version information.

Your issue sounds like https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KC-777, which should be fixed in 8.3.4 and newer.

        Regards Felix

          Hi @fbartels,
yes sorry for missing version, Im on 8.3.0. It does seems like my problem indeed. Assuming that I would have to re-import all my PST (over 50G) using the fixed version so that the sent flag is set as it should, re-importing will probably generate duplicates?

@tbone yes, its advisable to reimport into a new mailbox.

            Regards Felix
