Problem after unhook / hook

Hi,

after unhook unser accounts, reinstalling UCS 4.1 with AD and hook the kopano accounts to UCS AD I´ll got 2 Problems on a great number of eMails:

• The Subject is “Kein Betreff” or
• The Sender is “Kein Absender”

the z-push Support send me the following answere: “What happened in the case above, that the internal references to that user and it’s emails address get lost during this process.”

Please assist with this Problem!
