Search function greyed out in Zarafa Webapp

I have a server running Zarafa Webapp. There is an issue using the search function where the option to search all folders is greyed out.

Is this configurable by some file somewhere? I have not seen this option greyed out on other servers but do not know how to enable it.

We are hoping to upgrade the server to Kopano later in the year but due to the age of the server it is going to be a costly job, so not something that can be done straight away.

That’s probably because your search backend does not support searching in all folders.

I don’t think that’s the issue since I have another server running the exact same version of Zarafa.

Both servers have:

Zarafa Version: 7,2,1,51838

Webapp Version: WebApp 2.2.1.43-199.1

Webapp is running on a separate server.

The software setup is identical in both instances but one allows searching all folders and the other does not.
