Kopano not connecting to the mysql database [solved]

Well this was a wild morning.

I had no connectivity to my database from my kopano application server.

Working my way up debugging connectivity, all it was

was to edit the config in server.cfg

# Override the default MySQL socket to access mysql locally
# Works only if the mysql_host value is empty or 'localhost'
mysql_socket =

And comment out the mysql_socket =

# Override the default MySQL socket to access mysql locally
# Works only if the mysql_host value is empty or 'localhost'
#mysql_socket =

Not all kopano servers uses the database on the same box.

I am posting this on here in case other admins are facing this issue.

Could this be related to the latest update?
